The plant was inaugurated in 2004 to specifically cover the needs of the armed forces in military garments and accessories of the military uniform.
Sur Garment Plant is a partnership between the Ministry of National Defence that owns 10% of the plant's shares, Saria Industrial Complex that owns 30% of the shares and the Turkish partners who own 60% of the plant.Vision:
